Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) University, Visakhapatnam announced admission for 5 years Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), 4 years Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), 2 years Master of Technology (M.Tech) and 6 year dual degree B.Tech+M.Tech programs in various disciplines offered at Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Bangalore campuses for the commencing session 2016.

Eligibility Criteria for GITAM University:

# For B.Tech programs: Candidate should pass in intermediate or 10+2 examination with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry and first class or equivalent grade in the qualifying examination.
# For B.Tech in biotechnology: Candidate should pass in intermediate or 10+2 examination with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Mathematics/ Biology, Physics & Chemistry and first class or equivalent grade in the qualifying examination.
# For B.Arch: Candidate should pass in intermediate or 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying Examination with Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry subjects and also shall qualify in NATA / JEE (Main).​

# Last date of receipt of filled in applications: Saturday, April 02, 2016.
# Date of online slot booking: Monday, April 11, 2016 to Friday, April 15, 2016.
# Date to download of e-hall ticket: Monday, April 11, 2016 onwards
# Date of GAT 2016: Tuesday, April 19, 2016 to Sunday, May 08, 2016.
# Date of result announcement: Monday, May 16, 2016.
