Research Methodology
The study is based on personal interview and interaction with the HR professionals of several firms engaged in small scale enterprises in Uttar Pradesh especially in Kanpur, Lucknow, Unnao region. There are many firms having HR function clubbed with administrative activities. In view of this, few administrative person have also been taken for the study.

Conclusion
There are small level problems linked to the financial incentives. In most of the low level laborers¶, the increase in the wages do becomes major cause of turn over, but integration has definitely been observed to be an over and above the financial increment.
