Our Mission

In the current increasingly global business environment, people and their ability to reason, innovate and lead are an organization's only real sustainable value. Leaders must also possess a strong sense of ethics as well as an awareness of how to approach business challenges across continents and cultures.

As Roberto C. Goizueta famously stated, "without ethics in business, everything else is meaningless." We feel a strong dedication to his legacy not only to educate professionals in the latest business concepts, but to do so with an awareness of sound ethical principles.

Leaders
At Goizueta, our unique approach to leadership development combines the study of business with the study of self. Our curriculum is designed to help students build those capabilities, and the size of our intimate community promotes an environment with opportunities to exercise leadership on a daily basis.

Global Enterprise
Students and faculty who have lived and worked all over the world come into our classrooms to share their experiences. Our faculty weaves global business practices into all coursework, adding a global perspective to each and every class. At Goizueta, we aim to develop principled leaders for global enterprise.

Re: One-Year MBA

One-Year MBA

Goizueta is one of a handful of business schools in the U.S. offering a Full-Time MBA in a three-semester, 12-month curriculum. Beginning in May of each year, the program starts with a week-long orientation experience, which is required of all students.
Built upon the same guiding principles of the redesigned Two-Year curriculum, the One-Year MBA curriculum is integrated, flexible and experiential. During an intensive summer semester, you will complete an accelerated review of core business courses including the integrated Management Practice course. Then, in the fall semester you will join the second year Two-Year MBA students in elective courses that can be focused or broad in nature. Due to the length of this program it is not possible to have a summer internship; however, the one-year format provides full access to second year electives, The Goizueta Leadership Academy and other leadership opportunities
