Effectiveness of BULK SMS

Now a days SMS advertisment are growing in fast phase. I think it will be of much value than other medium.
 
Now time of sms has gone but still using for advertisement of products, selling loans and insurance, companies promotion. There are lots of people out there who do not even read or open these kind of sms and delete them before opening.
