In order to keep a healthy diet, we should consume the exact amount of calories.We should not eat too much, otherwise we will put on weight. We should ensure that we are getting a balanced diet and that our body is getting all the nutrients, try to avoid the foods which contain high fat and sugar which leads to overweight.
