We should try to eat a wide range of foods,so the average calories for men needs around 2,500 calories per day and need 2,000 calories per day for women. In order to keep a healthy diet, we should consume the exact amount of calories. We should not eat too much, otherwise we will put on weight. We should ensure that we are getting a balanced diet and that our body is getting all the nutrients, try to avoid the foods which contain high fat and sugar which leads to overweight.

in my personal opinion, there aren't any disadvantages for eating healthy except if you eat the same food everyday. or if you overeat like if you eat loads of fruits everyday then you'll get fat. but generally there aren't.. I like eating food..

It serves no purpose, and may even be harmful, to start a diet that's not nutritious. You will starve for certain nutrients and overeat to get the nutrients you need.

And what do you over-eat? The same nutrient poor foods that caused the problem in the first place! Proper nutrition and a balanced diet are essential to your success. This is what you need to do...

1.Undergo a nutritional assessment. Do this before you begin to lose weight.

2.Correct any nutrient deficiency (low levels of vitamins or minerals) by taking a complete once-a-day supplement.

There is one way that will make it easier for you to recognize your real feelings of satisfaction. That is by concentrating on the food when you eat, chew slowly, put down knife and fork and pause and breathe in between each bite. It is best if you do this "awareness" exercise with the utmost concentration, which means: Do not do other things while you are eating - no watching TV or reading the newspaper, etc.

You should eat nutritious healthy nutrient which gives the embody all the nutrition it needs in organisation to enter saint like wellbeing. It shouldn't comprise any catastrophic substances. Furthermore, it is weighty that you like it and encounter it satisfying.

You can eat way more than that and get away with it. Claiming that the intake is the be-all and end-all is misleading. Usually the issue is burn vs. intake. If you don't exercise regularly, you'll probably be burning less than 2000 calories.
