I'm an italian student and I'm writing my thesis about the E-HRM.
I've readed some books about it ("E-Human Resources Management" - "E-HR: Innovation or irritation"- "Web based technology" and so on).
All materials that I have foundend is in english, there's no book in my language focused on this topic but a lot are correlated.
Howewer I don't want to get wrong.. so maybe you culd help me.
With E-HRM system we mean all applications web-technology- based...so
my question is:
- because of the recently ERP-HR (the famous like SAP, Oracle, SAS) have modules web-based, can we speak about an evolution of them thorugh an integration of the E-HR solutions (due to Internet era and so on)?
- Than..what do you think about E-HRM? What types E-HR system do you find really cost-effective and efficient?
