Does we have made sufficient exploitation of our discovery of water on Moon?

One year before we had made an amazing discovery of presence of water but in the present time also we continue to hear that according to NASA analysis the amount of water may vary, according to NASA analysis this and that. Is this the correct way of taking the credit of our discovery?
 
These kind of discoveries happens every next day. The truth lies with NASA and its NASA's own way of attracting world eye's on its scientists.
 
thought the credits are taken like this, the world knows the truth what has been made by whom
 
@ Vishnu This is the whole thing that I want to point out that we had worked so hard for these many years and made the moon landing successful but we were in a way suppressed by NASA for the credit. They are making new discoveries based on data and we are just lagging behind. For how much time we will be living like soft power nation??
 
@ Paramjeet you are absolutely right man we have the world best knowledge, best technical people :SugarwareZ-196: and scientist this list very very big, but we lack in the Best Instrument and mostly a Government Support.
 
cool guys usa has already accepted itself that india is no moe a deleveloped nation , now india is developed nation
