Do you think young blood should be hired for senior positions ?

Many companies, especially in the IT space, are preferring young people to fill senior positions as entities look for aggressive staff with innovative ideas to stay competitive, feel experts.

young blood snapping up senior executive positions is fast-evolving and experience requirements for certain jobs have been steadily going down over the years.

As per me, it depends upon the caliber of candidate not on the age and experience. Now-days, business studies are much advance and resources are easily available. Hence the potential candidate develop themselves much earlier as compare to past 10 years.

The senior peoples are respected but this is not the criteria of any position. In business there is only one criteria who can make profit and have understanding of management nerve.
