In fact, Government hospitals are the major source of communicable diseases according to me..
Apart from the techniques available, there is no proper management of biomedical wastes..though most of the private hospitals are capable of managing such problems.. many Indians, especially villagers are still dependent on government hospitals.. Excuses in technical unavailability is absolutely meaningless..govt hospitals must be managed properly to get rid of these problems..
