Do you think Indians are over committed to their job ?

India of IT outsourcing and global business, with its corollary of slickly dressed executives in fancy offices, is rarely associated with other, less-savory.

India, caste and gender prejudice. The complains which were registered from European companies were, Indians are awkward towards women, they don't know how to handle business deals over drinks and dinner, Indians were perceived to behave towards their European clients and towards to their own Indian sub-ordinates. They displayed a reluctance to disagree, a tendency to over-commit and a lack of transparency in sharing information and Indian working on shore in Europe made a little attempt to integrate with local employees, preferring instead to socialize and live with other Indians.

As per me, I think may be this is one of the reason why Indians end up as slaves most of the time. This is mainly because of population density. There are 100's of people waiting for every available opportunity up for grabs. This results in at least every Indian showing he is a hard worker and tries to prove that he has all the qualifications and requisite experience, through genuine or fake certificates.

But he will slog or make his talented colleges slog if he is good at it. He will then be called capable leader because he gets things done through such techniques as may be required. He will quit the job and tries to find another guinean pig before it is too late. He will succeed because he has acquired qualification through experience, may be we still have some real honest people.
