Just got to know one day that most indian MNC's have not so good retention policies. So Do you think Indian MNC's doesn't compensate their employees very well ???

It is obvious that the salary provided by MNCs are much better and higher than other companies. Of course the MNCs are very large scale company, their salary is very high because of that their working environment is different and also offered many facilities to their employees than other local companies.
