Its really hard to see the most important point India surpassing China by 2020 is too premature, may 2050 would be the appropriate year for that to happen. India should change its thinking drastically and also employment status to most of them in the country and for that to happen most of the things needs to be in right place and there should be no corruption.
I must say India should become communist like China to achieve that target and that I don't see happening, even in terms of GDP India is lagging behind compared to china, with this we can easily say china is doing most of the things right at the moment, also china is catching up with their outsourcing. As their English speaking skills has drastically improved and we can see many outsourcing deals which were coming to India is now going to China for that matter.
