Women are definitely better managers but at home not at workplace.They have always something else running in their mind. They are not decision makers. They can't dedicate as much time to work as compared to men who almost spent whole life to work.
Since they used to manage many responsibilities at home they are quit good in managing but the aren't that strong as men. They are more confusing persons and will not be clear in what the do.
