Do u think we are the only living organisms that exist on earth?

Scientists are still searching for the evidences for the life existing outside the earth. What do you think for the same?
 
2 years back I had attened an seminar at the Nehru Science Centre, Worli, Mumbai. The speaker had first talked about dinosaurs and it's probable cause of extinction. Then the topic was shifted to something called as The Dark Matter.
What I heard described took me totall off-guard. The speaker said that even with all the modern and sophisticated equipments, even with the most intelligent minds, what MAN has discovered about this Universe is just a small fraction of was it really out there. The other big part of the unexplored space is called as The Dark Matter...
He claimed that many scientists believe that in this Dark Matter, there may perhaps be hunderds, or even thousands, of other planets.. and maybe, just maybe, there is Life in a few of those planets.
Imaginge what we are trying to find now about the Universe, there are other life forms (even smarter than us) trying to do the same thing.
The seminar closed on a note that, it will take scientists another 1000 years or so to uncover the other small fraction in the Dark Matter...
What Lies Behind may not always be pleasant.. so enjoy every moment of your time on the only planet known to have life...
 
As the likehood of intelligent life existing elsewhere in the solar system disappeared, people began to think about the possibility of life existing farther away in the universe. If the canals that Schiaparelli and Lowell thought they had seen on Mars did not actually exist and neither did the beings who were thought to have engineered them, then perhaps we just had to look farther afield to find intelligent beings.

of course there is, how could there not be? there's still new species being discovered on earth, how could there not be anywhere else in the universe?!
 
may be life can exist outside earth. recently scientists have discovered a new planet in another galaxy which is similar to earths feature.
 
Most of us think that there is the probability of life on another planet.Yes there can be life exists outside the earth. We should think that we are the only life forms in the universe. There are absolutely additional life supporting planets in the universe.
