men generally dont bargain as much as women does but from the view of an organisation they consider as BARGAINING POWER OF THE BUYER but not bargaining power of men or women

No, I havn't seen any men bargaining. Don't know either its their ego to not to bargain or no love towards saving which makes them not to bargain.
