Everybody who does an MBA thinks that an MBA degree will fetch him a very good salary & good living facilities. He/She dream that MBA is the only gateway to achieve all the luxuries in life. And so was the attitude of the companies also.
But there has been a shift in the perception & attitude of companies hiring young graduates. But the interesting thing is the attitude of students have not changed. They still perceive that an MBA will get them the luxuries they ever dreamt of.
