The Entrepreneurship Development Program seeks to provide
owner-managers of new ventures, family corporations as well
as corporate entrepreneurs with the strategic management
expertise, cross-functional business know-how, and leadership
skills to ensure the growth and financial stability of their
businesses, especially in tough economic times. Participants
will learn how to manage their new or existing venture so it has
both the innovativeness and speed of entrepreneurial firms as
well as the managerial expertise and financial soundness of big
companies.
Ensuring the viability and growth of new or existing business
ventures requires that participants develop the ability to:
1. Sense and shape the external forces and trends that impact
their businesses
2. Craft new business strategies and manage across functions
to create breakthrough growth even as markets decline and
competition intensities
3. Implement innovative cost, financing & risk management
strategies to ensure operational efficiency and funds
availability in times of crisis
4. Build a committed, customer-focused organization and a
culture of innovation & action
5. Identify the non-customer and overshot customer segments
6. Create value with innovative technology applications,
products and business models

Teaches in the subject area of innovation and change
management in emerging markets. As adjunct, he is a
practitioner and has worked with entrepreneurs with 38 years’
work experience, spending most part of his career life in
teaching, managing manpower, guiding academic and
administration including HR and Personnel, operations
management, Govt. Liaison, dealing with Ministry of
Broadcasting, Ministry of HRD and satisfying the statutory
requirement of large educational set up, student and
employees welfare with significant managerial experience and
leadership.. More than a teacher or a Manager, proved to be a
leader of Employees, students and alumni, carrying them along
with a good support base.

Millennium Cities Initiative (MCI) in 7 cities of Africa for
developing Industrial Infrastructure and Policies.
