Developing countries need trade, not aid

A developing country needs both trade and aid but there has to be some kind of formation. Too much aid to a country will leave that country in the same developing phase.

But if that country competes with the world through trade, upgradation will surely occur due to constant friction with the developed world.

Such activities must be innovative and smart which demands up to date market analysis. Aid are required to some extent and proper work ethics counts.

aid sounds some thing odd wen an individual has ability, capability n guts to get over he never in need of aid,so answer would be trade

A country can trade with others if they have something to sell and other country is willing to buy.If they have nothing then there is no room for trade.Currency,Trade policies of the stakeholders will also come into picture.Quality of the product traded. So aid will not definitely be replaced by trade.Inspite of all the trade still India needs aid from World Bank for developing infrastructure. So aid cannot be stopped. Its upto the beneficiary to convert the aid to trade.
