Delhi Sultan

Qutubuddin Aibak died while playing Polo or Chaugan , he was the founder of the Slave dynasty and was later buried in Lahore Pakistan.
 
Sultan Qutbuddin died accidentally in 1210 While he was playing a game of polo on horseback (polo aka chougan in India)
 
Sultan Qutb-ud-din Aibak also called "Lakh Baksh Sultan" died accidently in 1210. He was playing a game of polo on horseback. His horse had a fall suddenly.
 
He was the first muslim ruler that ruled his kingdom with capital Delhi, He build Qutub Minar and QUWWAT AL ISlam mosque. Although his policies were anti hindu but he made sure that people of every religion exercise faith without any hindrance.
He ruled only for four years but he was a very farsighted ruler, he was called generously as giver of the thousand grains as Lakh Annadata, poor fellow he would had made India a better place with more of his architectural construction.
