Hey guyz.....whenever u get a chance to listen to dabbawalas' management methodology...pls dont miss it.......They gave a speech at our college's event "Prerna" also......and it was awesome.......I can say, in India no one can match them!!!!! Just read the attached document to see their speech at IIM-K

great speech as mumbai dabbawalas are world wide famous for their six sigma.....process i.e. doing their job with extremely less fault.....
