Once i had gone to a electronic store which was quiet big. The manager of the store was a person who would pay a lot of attention towards customer satisfaction. He didn't like if any employee did not speak properly with the customer.
That day the manager heard the guy at the counter telling a customer, "It is not there at the moment and i don't think it will be there in the near future." Hearing this the manager quickly went up to the customer and told her that "Ma'am we will try to get it as soon as possible." The customer looked a little puzzled:SugarwareZ-158:. After she went he yelled at the cashier that he should never tell any customer that it wont be available, rather he should say that we will try to get it, no matter how difficult it may be.
After yelling at him for 15 minutes, he asked the cashier, "what did see ask for?" Thats when the cashier replied "Rain".:SugarwareZ-191:
