The criteria can be Infrastructure, Faculty, Placements, grant-aid, etc. I sggest u refer to the magazines like outlook, Business today, etc as they publish the rankings of the B-schools based on the different criteria.

Comparing two-three magazines would be better.

yeah..comparing 2-3 magazines would be better.. but some institutes dont participate in the ranking..how to judge those institutes?

If the institutes dont participate in advertising / getting their ranks high, then probably the placements are not that good either.

In short, those institutes are not worth wasting time on ;)
