The women labourforce in India is very limited as compared with that of western countries. It is may be because of women's responsibilities at her home. So in order to reduce women's responsibilties of her women....Western Countries has come up with the concept of Creche In The Workplace. Do u think tht this kind of facility if provided in India would increase women workforce?
 
Well yet I haven't came across to the concept like this, but surely if it increases the women workforce then it should be practice there is nothing wrong in it..

A good nursery should arrange varied activities appropriate to age groups, as well as trips out and celebration of festivals
