The pity is, all of us have it, but we have let it die a slow death
For Whom?
The myth is that good ideas are the privilege of the few, which is not true. The good new ideas could flow in from any part of the organization. Therefore this workshop is aimed at professionals of all levels in an organization.
What is Creativity- Playback?
Every new product or service results initially from an idea that then follows an innovation cycle of testing, implementing, and marketing. It is generally accepted that the key to competitiveness is generating and successfully exploiting new ideas. Generating new ideas is therefore an organizational must.
Thus the main focus of the training programme is to unfold the hidden potentials of the right brain accommodating the left brain for the development of the organization.
There is no better way to do it other than playback theatre, which is accessible, fun, and yet carries dimensions of depth and sophistication. It is artistic, healing, community building, visionary, all at the same time. Its powers are magical.
