CORPORATE MEET ON TALENT ENGAGEMENT[/b]

A corporate meet on Talent Engagement was organized on Saturday, 1st December 2012 by the Amity Global Business School, Mumbai, at the Hotel Grand Sarovar.[/b]
The meet opened with brief introductory remarks by Dr. Seema Tatwawadi, Director, Amity, Mumbai Campus on the need to focus on the talent engagement aspects of recruitment, training and development and retention of the employees within the organizations.
Mr. Rakesh Pande, President, Retail Business Development, Raymond Ltd., delivered the opening address and emphasized that only efficient management of the required skill sets within the organization can lead the organizations towards their set goals.
Mr. Tarun Katial, CEO, Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd., delivered the key-note address. He asserted that the present day turmoil in the global context has brought to the fore the eternal truth that the entire top management must work in unison to efficiently manage human assets.
The meet featured presentations by the management students of the Amity Mumbai followed by panel discussions on Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Talent Retention.
