Project objective:[/b] To determine the potential of , Light commercial vehicle, Farm Tyres and heavy vehicle (buses and trucks) in Varanasi and by doing Market Mapping and then formulate the Positioning strategy for launching Tyres and increase the sale of LCV and Farm tyres.

Summary:[/b]
A questionnaire is designed in such a way that maximum information can be acquired by the dealers regarding their monthly sale of tyres. It helps the company to focus directly on the major dealers of the city to increase its sale. Apart from this I have to assess the relative competitive position of Birla tyres in the minds of the customers and dealers.

Varanasi.
