Hello everybody....
As u might have guessed from my rather formal introduction, this is my first upload on managementparadise. I have adapted Ch 7 of "Consumer Behavior" by Schiffman and Kanuk and I've peppered it with relevant Indian examples. I hope it proves to be a useful reference to you....
