Here is one issue am very much worried about the one project name as "Consultancy Project".
Our Group will be as consultancy and bidding for the contract to project manage the development of a new product including the launch of the product :
We have to
Organisation on the best way of producing the product
calculate the cost of production
how the consultancy will manage the project
Detail estimate of the fee that consultancy will be charged and
why the client should choose our consultancy.........?
