Congo's top court excludes opposition leader Bemba from presidential election

Democratic Republic of Congo's top court on Monday definitively excluded opposition leader Jean-Pierre Bemba from December's presidential election because of a witness tampering conviction at the International Criminal Court.<div class="feedflare">
