Conditional Loans

A conditional loan is not repayable like a conventional loan & does not carry interest.

Repayment linked to the sales or turnover of the company in the form of Royalty.

The rate & schedule of royalty payment are decided keeping in view the gestation period and the repayment capacity of the project.

It normally ranges between 2% - 15% of sales collected from 3rd to 5th year after establishment of the project.
