I saw ur project on competency mapping, its nice. i am also doing competency mapping project. so ur project is helpful for me. i have one doubt in competency mapping.
that is- for my project i have prepared job analysis questionnaire but it was open ended so is not that much good, so pls clear the steps involved in competency mapping project and how can prepare the questionnaire.
