Comparison of Organisation Structure with Nuclear Family Structure

Well u know how mothers care about their children....change diapers, prent children from putting things in their mouth, teaching them their 1st alphabets,understanding what babies are saying....and much more ...even this is management right...so if i take a topic like this what to do? what to call it? the contents and all? how to go about it?
I really need some help ya!!! its a good topic right?

ya indded you are correct.....first lesson of management is from parents only,....in fact when i was in IIM-K prof desai , said..." if you want to know how to lead a company ask your father how he leads his family.....

Quite interesting research project.

Take the family as a company, the board of directors the grandpa n grandma.

The CEO is your father (or mother), your mom is the CFO ( or your father) the kids are trainee managers ;)

Do a marketing survey among your friends with a sample size of 50 and relate their stories to management funda's like situational leadership, angel investors ( close family friends ) etc etc.

Quite cool topic.

The title can be something like : Dad's the CEO of the family or learning from family management .

If you want to focus only on your mothers managerial skills then : MOM's : The real management guru's.

Something like that ;)

any more topics...im still kinda confused...i can take leadership styles n all na ...the survey ill do...situational leadership ? hmm i dnt knw abt that ill search in the forum...i need to make around 75-100 pages na which other topics i can go for...can u suggest more plzzz now im really convinced to do this topic.. Im goin to seach for a guide...thers this prof in my college nitin vazirani...ill select him...i need more topics in this project :'c

Take organisation levels like say nuclear family and joint family.

Nuclear family can be related to flat organizations where everyone has power to influence decisions.

Joint family is a vertical organization where the hierarchy influences decisions.

There are soo many levels you can connect it to, just let your imagination run wild.

PS : There is no minimum number of pages that you need to fill in. And your market research findings and insights will easily give you good number of pages. If I were you, I would worry about quality than quantity.

can you tell me what to put in index wise...i mean like

2.?

something like this...coz it would be easier for me to search topic wise....

3)products n services...contribution by each family member
4)swot analysis
