Its revenue management solutions and software applications include rating and billing manager, collections manager, active mediation and integrated communications operations management system (ICOMS). ICOMS provides end-to-end billing and subscriber management for the broadband convergent video, and data and telephony markets.
Product and order management solutions and software applications include product control manager, shopping and ordering solution and service fulfillment manager.
