Hi guys,

Commercialization means goods hospital with having better facilities, nursing care and technology, provide better accessible, for people. But in India more than 80% of population is below poverty line these people cannot think for private hospital for treatment they are depend on government Hospital, in these hospital bed ratio to population of city is not satisfactory and facilities is not up to a marked level, govt should take step to invest in these hospital for better health care provider according to nature of hospital, and also make policies to give discount for serious disease and patient referral to higher private hospital, make a system for implementation and supervision of these policies, the motive of commercialization is for human welfare not for owner profit.

In today's world healthcare sector has become a easy and fast money minting business. There are midle man who outsource and sell the drugs at still more higher price.(compared to the orignal price).Yes commercialization of health care is bad.For any person health is a very important aspect as its a matter of someones life.So health care forte shouldn't be commercialized with a complete motto of earning profits. In today's world the increased number of diseases are giving tough competition to the pharma drugs that are being provided for cure.I think so more deep scientific research more the complicated the disease are getting. So there are certain life taking diseases like cancer, cardiovasular ailments, nerulogical disorders, psychiatric disorders etc. so for such major disorders the drugs and treatment procedures are expensive as they are quite advanced. So "AFFORDABILITY" is a big question. Before deciding upon the pricing the factors like "will patients of various financial conditins be able to afford it?","Can these drug get sponsered through some NGO for better help to patients?" "Can these drugs be made available at subsidised rates?".The departmenet deciding the pricing should some time think of the benefits a patient can get,how many lives will be saved with this change.
"BE HUMAN AND SERVER THE MANKIND WITH GOOD DEEDS."

I think commercialization of health industry is excellent but commercialization doesn't signify the fact that non-public healthcare facility must be permitted to cut the wallet of common man by their will. There needs to be frequent examine by competent power like Medical Council of India (MCI) to execute them in control.
