The zip folder it says is invalid or corrupted please repost.

The attachment does open properly. On opening the attachment you can expect to see a list of many different ZIP files and some other files, most of which correspond to a particular law / other legal issues (such as those concerning a business). There is also some information about IPR as well as the constitution of India.
