Advertisement to be designed:-
According to laws of country.
Not offend morality.
Maintain decency.
Religious susceptibilities not offended.
No adveristment shall be permited which:-
Tends to incite people to crime
Glorifies violence
Promotes cigarettes, tobacco and liquor products
Degoratory image of women
Indecent, vulgar, offensive themes
No advertisement message shall be permitted as news.
No advertisement shall be permitted to any relation to industrial disputes.
No advertisement to contain words of guarantee or guaranteed.
No advertisement of any kind of jewellery or stones shall be accepted.
Advertisement to services concerned with:-
Money lenders, Chit funds.
Saving schemes, lottery.
Matrimonial agencies.
Unlicensed employment services.
Fortune teller.
Foreign goods and foreign banks.
Betting tips related to horse racing or games of chance.
Advertisement should not mislead the children and public by means of implication and omission, create interest for unhealthy practices.
Advertising shall not take advantage of superstition or ignorance of general public.
