here i am attaching my internship project.
in that u find recruiters challenges and way to solve it with concern to insurance industry.

in this case finding database it is very important. potential customer selection is important.

to resolve there are many options such as COI, 31 rule and so on

channel development means recruitment only. in insurance sector recruitment called as channel development specially in case of advisor's recruitment.

1) how to collect name of potential candidate?
that is data collection. taking name of potential candidate is very important as well as difficult work.
2) attracting them to visit office.
it is also difficult. potential customers are not always interested in your work. so making them interested is foremost important work. you have to use communication skills for that.
3) gathering names and making huge database.
there are various ways to make huge database. so recruiter should know various ways like P200, 31 rule and so on
