The Indian School of Business, Hyderabad..in its endeavour to develop case writers and to promote the case method of teaching in India is organising a four day Case Writing and Case Teaching Workshop from October 1-4, 2009.
The Workshop is being organised by the ISB Case Development Centre in association with SJMSOM-IIT Bombay and Prin. L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research. It will be conducted by experienced professors of case method from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario, Canada.
This intensive four day workshop will cover the fundamentals of both case writing and case teaching.
The Case Writing Workshop will enhance participants’ skills and enjoyment as a case author. It is focussed on how to write good cases quickly.
Each participant will actually write a short field-based case, working through all steps of the case writing process.
The Case Teaching Workshop will help participants teach effectively using cases. The Workshop will provide plenty of opportunities for networking and exchange with colleagues from other B-schools.
