Instrumentation engineers have good career opportunities working for chemical or manufacturing industries. They main goal of instrumentation engineers is to improve the system, stability and productivity. They help in designing, constructing and maintaining instruments and all the systems that are undertaken by industries. They are responsible for deciding what kind of instruments that are needed to get ensure of getting good quality product.

Instrumentation engineers have a good career as they can get a job in R&D section either in public or private sector companies. Apart from the industrial sector they also have great demand in steel plants, thermal power station, refineries and other such industries. One can also try for other fields to apart from industrial sector such as IT, sales marketing, HR, finance etc.

These engineers can use their expert knowledge of instrumentation can acquire a role of lecturer or trainee of instrumentation engineering. Some can even go for Masters Degree can get a higher level post of planning.

Eligibility:[/b]

Candidate who wants to pursue diploma in instrumentation engineering should be 10th pass. Candidate who is 12th pass is also eligible for the course. If students wants to go further after completing BE/BTech can also pursue MTech program from any IIT and other engineering colleges.
