Debt is an issue that affects countries all over the world. Almost all countries are in debt as their governments take loans to cover for variations in their tax receipts.

Cancelling debt is not the good way and will not be an effective for assisting the poorest, it basically leads to giving mismanaged nations more cash to waste. The weakest nations in the world are usually the poorest possibly due to very high degree of financial mismanagement or through country's problems.
