<h2>Canberra India Scholarships 2016 announced by Australian National University</h2>
Australian National University (ANU), Australia announced successful applicants who have achieved an excellent level in their final years of schooling or university studies in India.
Scholarship Details:
# There shall be 10 Scholarships available for the semester 1, 2016.
# The scholarship will be valued at $10,000. $2,500.00 will be paid to the student upon them enrolling in the first semester of their chosen undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program. The remaining $7,500 will be paid after the census date of the first semester that the student is enrolled.
# Scholarship will be paid in 2 installments in semester 1 2016.
# The scholarship will be valued at $10,000. $2,500.00 will be paid to the student upon them enrolling in the first semester of their chosen undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program. The remaining $7,500 will be paid after the census date of the first semester that the student is enrolled.

Eligibility Criteria:
The scholarship shall be available for an applicant who:
# Is defined as an overseas student under the terms of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000;
# Is a citizen of India and has studied in India immediately prior to coming to Canberra to commence the program that they have applied for at the Australian National University;
# Has achieved at an excellent level in their final years of schooling, demonstrated by excellent Results in their secondary studies qualification or undergraduate degree;
# Has applied, and received an unconditional offer for admission to the Australian National university by the date advertised on the University website; and
# Will enrol in the first year of a single or double undergraduate coursework degree program or postgraduate coursework degree program in semester 1 2016.
# Is a citizen of India and has studied in India immediately prior to coming to Canberra to commence the program that they have applied for at the Australian National University;
