there are quite a number of good ebooks. start with mba in 2 days or mba for dummies

there are loads of them.. if i have to prioritize them, my bet would be:

2. ensips
3. scribd

for presentations the ideal website would be:
1. authorstream
2. slideshare

you can always use P2P sharing program like BitComet to download loads of ebooks, audio books, video trainings etc.
