Can India ever Qualify for Fifa world cup ?

I think they can and players like Baichung Bhutiya, Vijayan, have played for International clubs and chettri is playing for a major club in US, and Baichung just missed by a whisker playing for a top English club, but I think India have the talent but the support staff like top coach and then getting more people into football than cricket is more important.

I think Football is a far better game than cricket I don't know why Football is not picking up in India, but there should be some right strategy behind Indian football. Surely in next world cups India would be able to qualify for it....

This qustion also comes up in my mind that how long we will cheer for the other nations in the fifa world cup. We were nominated and given chance to play FIF in 1960 but because of some reason India couldn't go. We are very avid and hope to see when India will play in FIFA world cup.
