In most companies age is a criteria for retirement. This results in a tremendous loss of expertise as the organication looses it's most experienced personnel purely due to an administrative norm.
Is the time right to reconsider our idea of retirement especially when there is such a paucity of experienced personnel.
Fitness level may vary from person to person because I have seen 80 yrs.old man perfectly fit to handle the business. The physical age has nothing to do with mental age hence the ability to be alert & fit physically has nothing to do with the physical age.
