call centre boon or bane for the youths of mumbai

it depends on the perceptions of person how he takes it......

its similar to the use of the knife to cut the vegetables and also the throat ...

so...call centres r providing the jobs to the youngesters........

wats the bad in it......
 
well friends I agree that call centers are one of the best mean to provide employment to the youngsters but do u know about the worst part of this coin....??
Peoples working in night shift as per a survey are getting more and more irritated and are living in more tensions due to the change in the working time, the body clock which is not habitual to the same is causing a lots and lots of diseases to the youngsters.......
what would you do for this???
 
but still the youths are still getting attrcted to call centers...

i agree it does provide good pay scale and dats the onli reason y youths are wrking in call centers...its the fastest way one can earn more money...but at the same time risking ur life...

This is a very nice topic. Let me tell you tht there is nothing which has only positive or negative effects. Hence, what is needed is understanding the thing and then making a decision. Everyone knows that coke or pepsi is harmful for health, yet people drink it. As others have said, the main reason for joining call centres is that even though people are not very qualified, yet it is very easy to get a job with a high pay package and good growth rate, yet, this comes at the cost of a major health issue. Hence, it is necessary to understand its sides before jumping in for it.

No one can't really say with affirmity whether its a boon or bane. It all depends on what is your definition for boon/bane.
