unique portal is positioned to emerge as the dominant destination site in its market niche.

AngelDeals.com is an outgrowth of the face-to-face Venture-Preneurs Network, a
vigorous business network that brought capital providers, entrepreneurs and service
professionals together in Boston, Massachusetts. At regular meetings, prescreened
entrepreneurs were given an opportunity to present their high-potential ventures to the
audience of investors and other interested parties. The network also provided an
educational forum by bringing forward world-class speakers and by coordinating
entrepreneurial workshops and business plan competitions.

1979 - 1993 Founder and Chief Executive Officer - Plastic Systems, Inc., a well-known and
respected manufacturer and international marketer of industrial products for the control
of static electricity. Initially, Plastic Systems, Inc. was launched as a precision injection
molder of electrically conductive plastics. Using this technological expertise, the
company created a product line in static control for the protection of microelectronic
devices. The combined companies were sold to a public British company, Tace, PLC.

1987 - Present Founder and President - Quantum Ventures, a private venture investment and
management consulting firm focusing on high-potential technology ventures.

1991 - Present Babson College - Adjunct Professor in the Center For Entrepreneurship, teaching "New
Venture Creation" and "Living the Entrepreneurial Experience".

1997 - Present Harvard University Extension School - Adjunct Professor teaching "Management of
Small Business: Starting New Ventures", "Corporate Entrepreneurship for Competitive
