unique vision. Instead, effectuation helps entrepreneurs use
common logic to solve problems that ultimately leads to new
ideas to help develop products, services, programs and
ventures.
The One Page BusinessPlan
Having a PLAN is vital to any business. However, engaging in a
long, complex, and time consuming process to develop one is
NOT! If you are ready to launch a new venture, product or
service than this course is for you. The One Page Business Plan
will allow you to quickly and confidently share your vision,
strategic direction, target market, value proposition, key
metrics, infrastructure, and finances.
BusinessPlan: Blue PrintforSuccess
Develop goals and objectives for your business ventures by
examining the many elements of the business plan and the
dynamic nature of the planning process. One hour lunch break.
Workbook available payable to instructor.
