i need help on a project related to budget formulation and implementation at hindustan times media.
this project includes
- studying the last year budget to understand the nature of business and the expenses incurred during the year
- creation of templates for the budget formulation
- formulating the budgets for the coming year from the AOP statement for their different businesses and different locations
- variance analysis of the company to understand if the budgets are implemented properly or not
- creation of templates for variance analysis
- a complete financial analysis of the company
- cash flow projections
- financial modelling for future decisions
