What do you think will be the most prominent changes in this Feb 2008 budget?My crystal ball predicts some re jig in the personal tax front.The Tax slab may be raised and the range will be widened.I'm predicting the infrastructure could get a big boost this budget and education to receive some part of the funding.Some respite will be given for the export sector in the form of Tax cuts or reduction in the tax rates.Energy Sector will also have some time to cheer.

ya you seem to be very close to your points as on infrastructure, education and tax rate reduction that can lead to higher standard of living and more opportunities
