Sachin Adhikari, Founder & Director, Viztar International Pvt Ltd., is a social entrepreneur, thinker, an
author and a mentor who has developed values & principle based revolutionary human transformation
models to reach to the masses. He founded the company in 2007 which since then has witnessed
phenomenal growth in the recent years. Mr. Adhikari is the Founder & Managing Trustee of Global
Success Foundation and on the board of several other companies.

With years of experience and international exposure, Mr. Adhikari decided to set up his own
organization with the vision of transforming lives in India. His vision took the shape of Viztar
International Pvt Ltd., one of the leading corporate and educational training organizations in India and
Global Success Foundation an NGO working on employability and entrepreneurial development for both
urban and rural Indians. Global Success Foundation has several projects to help empower Indians
including Silvers Unlimited and Awake nation aimed at developing entrepreneurship amongst the senior
citizens and the youth community, respectively.
Mr. Sachin Adhikari’s initiative of helping micro-entrepreneurship has led to tie ups with Maharashtra
Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (MACCIA) as well as the Centre for Entrepreneurship
and Development (CED), Government of Gujarat.
His vision and dynamic leadership was acknowledged by The Institute of Economic Studies (IES), one of
